I recently had my eyebrows tattooed by Racheal, and honestly, she has changed my life. Growing up in the ’80s, I started plucking my eyebrows when I was 16. Fast forward to now, at 46, I was left with patchy eyebrow hair and found myself drawing my eyebrows on every single day. I even carried spare eyebrow pencils with me everywhere, just in case they rubbed off! From the moment I met Racheal, I knew I was in good hands. She is so kind, professional, and incredibly talented. You can genuinely see how passionate she is about what she does. Every part of the experience reflected the pride she takes in her work—from the attention to detail, the beautiful aftercare pack, to the follow-up appointment. Everything was so thoughtfully planned, and I felt completely cared for throughout the entire process. I cannot thank you enough, Racheal. You have given me confidence, saved me so much time every morning, and I absolutely love my new eyebrows. I will definitely be back in a couple of years for my touch-up. Thank you again. I had my eyebrows refreshed last night after about 6 years since my last microblading appointment. They had faded over time, and I asked if it was possible for a softer, fluffier look with less of an arch. Jess absolutely nailed it. I walked out with brows that look even more natural than the ones I walked in with. They're fuller without looking overdone. Even this morning, I can't stop looking at them in the mirror - I genuinely can't get over how natural they look. Jess is incredibly talented, listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. If you're thinking about getting your brows done, I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Hannah’s the best - always so thorough, her attention to detail and her knowledge of how I like my brows done in a way that enhances my natural shape, whether it’s a wax and tint or a lami (as well as just the right tint to get me through to my next appointment!) always makes me feel like she’s gone above and beyond. It sounds weird but I feel like we’re managing my eyebrows together. And her nose waxes are also the best 🤌🏼 Thank you Hannah, Rach and the whole team x
