**haha oh my God, now I threatened you? All I threatened was to leave a bad review, which I've done. By all means, add a video to social media. Add the sound too so people can hear the truth!!! I would love to take it to the police for falsely accusing me. As for Bunny Lashes, call them and ask? I mean, all they had to do was fill in the gaps from your terrible work. You are an embarrassment of an establishment and this is the last you'll hear from me *edited in response to their reply* I never told you I had chemotherapy. You've obviously stalked my social media. I didn't lose lashes from chemotherapy. I didn't lose any of my hair, as you can see from my social media. My chemotherapy was Cisplatin. You don't lose your hair with that. Secondly, I never raised my voice, that's a blatant lie. Thirdly, I didn't need to show a photo. There was already a photo of what wet lashes look like on the booking system. Lastly, Bunny lashes fixed your awful lashes in less than an hour and now they look amazing!!!!! I've been getting my lashes done for 8 years and never had such an appalling experience. I booked in for a full set of wet look lashes and left there looking like I had clumpy mascara lashes with huge gaps (first photo). When I told the lash tech I wasn't happy, she said it was because my lashes were damaged. Convenient that this information was given to me AFTER the service so that I would still have to pay. I told her she should have let me know before starting that my lashes were not in the proper condition to do the set I wanted. If she had, I would have discussed an alternative with her. She refused to see reason, refund me any of the money or fix my lashes. I went to Bunny Lashes nearby who couldn't believe what a bad job it was, and thankfully they fixed my lashes (second photo). Terrible lashes and even worse customer service by Whiplash. A very expensive lesson indeed for me! Save your money and time and go to Bunny Lashes instead. This review was deleted by author

I’ve been attending this salon now for little over 2 years & I highly recommend Whiplash to anyone would wanting lashes done I’m regular client of Michelle who makes every appointment so relaxing she’s is absolutely amazing & so accommodating to all my needs I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve always found Mae Salon to be extremely relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this Salon to anyone I can assure you will certainly will not be disappointed. Mae and her team have doing my lashes for over 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon has such a stylish, relaxed vibe and the quality of service is second to none. If I have ever had a query or question about further treatments or services, Mae has always responded promptly and left me feeling comfortable. My lashes have always looked on point and I feel like a million bucks every time I walk out! Highly recommend Mae and Whiplash!

Cannot recommend Whiplash more for Lash Lifting! I had a lash Lift today with Michelle, and have already recommended her to two of my family and friends. She was kind, and made me feel completely at ease during the session. My eyelashes look absolutely amazing, even better than extensions. The price is also an added bonus. I plan to book back in with Michelle as soon as possible!

I love going to Mae at Whiplash for my eyelash extensions. I have been going for 6 months now and she is extremely professional, safe with the care of my natural lashes, and always makes sure I’m happy with the style of them each time. I’m not just another client, I feel valued and cared about on each visit. As a small business owner myself, I would not hesitate to recommend Mae or any of her team at Whiplash as she prides herself on her work. Her salon is beautiful, always clean and very easy to park at. My advice is to book in advance because she’s that good, she will book out!!
