As someone who had never had a brow lift or lamination before, she took the time to explain each step of the treatment in detail, which made me feel totally at ease. Her knowledge and care made the experience both relaxing and educational. The brow lamination was amazing! My brows have never looked so full and defined. It's been days now, and they look lifted without any gel. I also got a lash lift, and Alicia uses products that are also suitable sensitive eyes, which I really appreciate. My lashes look stunning, and I haven’t experienced any irritation at all.
