went there for a eyebrow threading and while i found the overall result ok the customer service was poor. i wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged when i entered the store and when the lady was doing my eyebrows she didn’t once ask for my opinion or preference on how i would like my eyebrows to be done. additionally i knew the prices may be higher due to it being a public holiday yet they did not advertise that their prices had changed leading me to believe that i was going to be charged $15 for this service however instead i was charged $17.

I came to get a facial and a brow shaping as the brow shaping was on sale with the facial. As soon as I walked in the lady behind the counter ignored me for half a minute before I asked her if I could have some service. I then told her what I wanted and she made comments on my face saying that I definitely needed the treatment and then criticise me when I asked if I could change the brow to a lash tinting. She said that I did not read the sign properly and that she wouldn’t because there was a small price change which I offered to pay for. I ended up leaving without booking or paying anything. Very disappointed with the rude service. Don’t even bother checking the place out.

Got my eyebrows laminated and eyelashes lifted which look good from afar but she actually burned my hairs so they curl in awkward positions. She was inappropriate while I was there - talking on the phone while waxing me, and telling another customer yes to a wax while knowing she would have to wait 20-30 minutes but didn’t warn the customer and got upset when she walked out. The price is good but I wouldn’t go back as they burned my hairs. The wax was good.

Do not go!! Got a lash lift and tint. Over curled my lashes to the point that they were stuck to my eyelids and some of my lashes were fried. Of the lashes that are not fried, they are so over curled (they pretty much curl back into my eyelid) and make my lashes look shorter. The lady did not set a timer when she put the product on. This has completely ruined my lashes. Won’t go back and warn people to not go here.

Been here many times before . Had a lady she was rough on me and clearly she was in a hurry . Waxed my eyebrows as asked and lids very strange . I said I didn’t ask for my lids to be waxed she said it’s normal . I’ve had better experiences here before but would not recommend this lady at all
