Thursday 7th May 10:35 am . Wanted a eye brow wax . Well the lady took too much off cause she was in rush and she was really rough moving my head to the direction she needed when trying to wax and rough peeling the wax off . Reason being she was in rush because she had applied an eyebrow tint on another customer which the timing was for 7 mins . By the way no type of timers any where to be set just there own reality of their time. When she asked how I liked it I gave her kind constructive criticism and only got talk back , rather than taking on board the concerns of the customer she was in denial of her mistake . I now have an embarrassing brow wax un even brows . People take it at your own risk coming here .

I have just had the BEST waxing experience of my life with Shivani. Ive been getting wax appointments at the Beauty and Brow place for a few months now. I have never been so clean and bald since her. She worked in quick successions so it was incredibly comfortable and added pressure everytime she pulled a strip with the wax. THEN she cleaned up MULTIPLE TIMES!! over the same area until she was satisfied and I didnt feel pain even if it was over the same area again and again. Mind you it was close to 2 months of regrowth. Incredible. Like what. 10/10 service. She even closed the lights when another customer came in to inquire about a service mid wax. That was so thoughtful of her and she put my comfort first before anything else and for that I am so so so thankful! Her technique, customer service, quality of the job was a 10/10!!!!!! 100% only ever going to be requesting her from now on 🙂‍↕️☝🏼 What stood out to me the most was that the service was so good that I was the one that asked for her name. She said that she gets so lost in providing service that she often forgets customers to leave a positive comment about her service if they were satisfied! That is incredible, to do quality work and ensure great service before taking credit and praise. Well done. 🩷

Service was good but Your beautician is suffering from cold and blocked nose. It is definitely Flu . But how you can allow her to work . It is not good for other workers and customers . I really hate when she provides me service with blocked nose sounds ….

Fantastic prompt service o have been here twice now as a walk in client. Service is excellent. I have had waxing which was thorough and I felt cared for. The brow tinting is so precise and long lasting. V happy.

Worst experience, my eyebrows are messed up, the lady there was very unprofessional. I asked for wax at first and she did wax and then said threading which I don’t do but I said okay. After she was done with everything and I had paid, she did not bother to clean up the remaining eyebrow hairs that have fallen off from threading. Aftercare is always done after eyebrows are done and cleaning the extra hairs up. Love my other eyebrow lady in gosnells. The lady also did not do my eyebrows straight, one side was much higher than the other which was not like that when I came in. Please teach your employees how to do eyebrows properly and aftercare.
