Appointment took 6 hours, I could barely walk after the appointment having not eaten or drank in hours. My eyes were swollen, incredibly painful and red. The final result looked nothing like the reference image (provided by her own reference photo). I had to pay to get these removed the following day elsewhere as my eyes were in so much pain, blood shot and swollen. I have since had to take oral and eye drop antibiotics to fight infection. After requesting a refund of the deposit (to cover the medical costs associated with the service received) I was advised it is non-refundable, regardless of the points as stated above. I was then told contradicting information that my lashes are ‘extremely damaged’ which was not what was told to me on the day, nor was told to me by the lash professional who removed Lashby’s extensions from my eyes the day after.

I did the 1:1 handmade lash extension training with Abby and she was amazing! Her course had a lot of detail and covered everything you would need to know to make handmade lash sets. Even after training she still keeps in touch and helps with tips/advice. I would 100% recommend her course and her services!❤️❤️

Very professional lash technician. In awe of the work and the masterclasses she offered. Would definitely recommend Abby for lash techs that want to learn the basics to upskilling.

Best lash artist I have ever been too, most caring and lovely person and the lashes are always perfect and long lasting would recommend to everyone 😍😍🖤
