Lash & Brows Palace

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid $163 for hybrid lashes, but the result looks more like a classic set — not what I asked or paid for. I also spent around 3 hours in the appointment, which felt excessive for this kind of outcome. I’m not someone who usually complains, but for the price and time, I expected much better quality and a noticeable hybrid look. When I raised my concerns, I was offered to come back to have more lashes added, which I didn’t have time for. I then requested a partial refund as a fair resolution. Instead, I was offered a full refund only if the lashes were completely removed, which I declined as I had already spent 3 hours getting them done. I feel a partial refund is a reasonable outcome given the result doesn’t match the service I paid for. I hope this can be resolved professionally.

Ever since my regular lash tech in Subiaco closed, I've been trying different places for a lash lift and had so many disappointing results (poor technique and even one really uncomfortable interrogation about my asexuality wish I'd just lied that I was straight) but just had the most lovely experience with Reet. The lash lift and tint looks so good! Great technique, she checked on me multiple times (though my eyes didn't even water), proper cleaning of the product afterwards and proper aftercare instructions. The only downside is that as a tall person, the chairs are a bit uncomfortable but I'll gladly put up with that for these great results. Will be going again :)

I paid in full prior to my appointment and I was 10 minutes late and they said they wouldnt refund me if I didnt show up in the next 5 minutes. No option to reschedule, will lose all the money. Thats just pure greed. Dealt with Nilo and manager. Will never go back.

Very ashamed spent over $200 left feeling disgusting to begin with i punctually rushed in to be there on time as i did not want to disturb yet to find out when i arrived the employee doing my treatments wasnt even there or ready she came in late so this is was very off putting, treatments took longer then they should making the experience uncomfortable lashes were terribly uneven had to request to be fixed was told the cluster didn’t not glue properly to mu natural lash even after request still terrible paid 100 for them only to find out they only last 1 week my next treatment was brows this went well however after I had a Brazilian wax I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over a year now and this was by far the worst experience iv ever had wax kept breaking mid pull leading to more soreness then this treatment usually is and taking double the time seems like a sign of unprofessionalism. Would never recommend.

I just want to take a moment and appreciate Reet !!!! She is literally the best when it comes to brows….She always shapes them perfectly and takes her time to make sure everything looks flawless also she’s so kind and makes you feel super comfortable I never trust anyone else with my brows now :)) 10/10 would strongly recommend
