Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked for 10:00am and drove all the way there, only to be left waiting outside for 35 minutes with no communication. I even met another client who said she had been waiting since 9:00am. There was no message or call until 10:34am saying the appointment needed to be cancelled again, and it seems one of her other staff members had to get in contact with Ning as well. This is now the second time. The first cancellation on 19 February was understandable, but cancelling again on 26 March with zero prior notice is not acceptable. As someone who runs a lash and brow business myself, this level of professionalism is really poor. It is not hard to send a quick message to your clients before they leave the house, especially considering time, travel, and petrol costs. Clients plan their schedules around appointments and deserve basic respect and communication. Offering a discount after the fact does not make up for the inconvenience of being left waiting with no explanation. Unfortunately I will not be returning and would not recommend if you value reliability.

I have found a gem! I'm glad my daughter recommended this beauty salon for me to do my lashes extensions. Ning is a fantastic stylist. Friendly, lovely and genuine. I love her lashes work. She is very talented and super efficient. She did the Natural Wet Look for me in less than 30 minutes! WOW for an awesome job in a short time. Another stylist, Joan (Ning's sister) was there too. She did a great job removing my previous extensions. Very gentle and polite. They both are so sweet. This place offers different options for lashes extensions. Up to date trends and techniques. Fabulash salon is cute and cosy. You can help yourself with some little treats (snacks & sweets) while waiting. Fully recommended!!

Ning is a very skilled lash technician. I am impressed by her understanding in Asian lids and applying it in a way that flatters my eyes beautifully. Will definitely come back next time and refer my friends

Had my lashes done yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I went for fringe lashes and they turned out so beautiful and natural exactly the look I wanted. The attention to detail was amazing and I felt so comfortable throughout. Definitely recommending🥰
