Bunny Lashes and Beauty Studio

Asked for classic lashes (1 lash on 1 lash) and got whatever this is.. large clumps on multiple natural lashes. Poor isolation. The bed I was on had a blanket with multiple stains on it, doesn’t seem like they’re cleaning the beds/replacing blankets after each client. Also no proper pillow or head support under you, was a very uncomfortable service. Lash tech was coughing aggressively. A lot of noise coming from the hallways resulting in an unpleasant time. Lash artist was blasting a podcast/her own music through her headphones so all I could hear was muffles of that and voices in and out of the shared hallway yelling.

I got a Korean lash lift with Clara and I’m obsessed with the results. She was so gentle and the whole experience felt really calm and easy. My lashes look so lifted and natural. I 1000% recommend!

I always book in with Temmy who does an amazing job at my lashes every single time! My lashes are comfortable and they stay on for so much longer then when i would get them done previously. I would highly recommend booking in with Temmy or any of the other ladies, they are all fabulous :)

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and the way she adjusts each set to suit exactly what you’re looking for and what complements your face really stands out. I booked my first ever appointment with Bunny Lashes online for a lash tint with Temmy and didn’t receive what I paid for, at all. From the start I didn’t feel welcome. I was rushed in to the room that hadn’t been tidied up from the previous client. Then she started getting my tint ready without asking me what colour I want (everywhere else I go, they ask if I want black, brown or blue/black). How does she know what look I want? I know for a fact that industry standard is to let the tint process for 10-15 minutes. Mine was left to process for 3 minutes at best (yes I was counting because I know my lashes need that full processing time). At home, when I noticed just how bad they were, I emailed the company to leave my feedback. I never ever heard back. Not even a simple apology, let alone an offer to come back and do it properly. Very, very disappointing. Safe to say I won’t be going back.
