Brow Tribe

My first ever lash lift & tint and brow dye experience was amazing thanks to Emma! She was so lovely and super chill to talk to. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I was advised that I might feel a slight tingling sensation on my lashes, but thankfully I didn’t feel anything at all. I guess it really depends on the person and how sensitive their skin is.

Not my new brow place :( I branched out to try Brow Tribe as my current chick is so good, but getting so busy being a one woman show. I arrived 4 minutes late (literally to be exact I had to double check cos thought I was going crazy) to my appointment, as the parking situation was a mess. I came in and was waiting in the foyer as my therapist finalised payment from the client before me and discussed rebooking a future appointment with her. So far all okay. Another girl at reception after a few minutes asked my therapist if she wanted to swap, so the therapist then brought me through. I was then told because there wouldn’t be time for a tint and wax (what I booked for), only a wax. I was so confused, as I was JUST late and they also were not ready for me when I arrived?! I thought I had got my appointment time wrong. I explained the parking situation as right out the front of the store there was available parking bays but a sign that clearly indicated no parking. The therapist was confused and didn’t understand and said it’s fine to park there, or in the neighbours carpark. (Which is also heavily sign posted with fines advised). Okay cool. I understand the importance of schedules and being prompt for the next client, but this was next level. Anyway I wasn’t stoked to drive across the city in peak hour to hopefully find my new Brow place as I noticed they were advertising heavily on SM. Only to not. The wax job itself was okay but way over trimmed at the inner edge, despite me saying I do prefer a fuller / fluffier appearance verbally and on my per appointment form. The therapist herself was nice enough but weird experience, would not go back. Normally wouldn’t care to write a review but had a bunch of photoshoots and events following this, so I’m mad and my brows are skinny pale caterpillars. EDIT TO ADD POST OWNER REVIEW: Wow that is incredibly untrue and you may want to check your security cameras. I sat down on the treatment bed at exactly 2:58pm (2:50 appointment) AFTER waiting in your foyer for a previous client to be attended to and rebooked.. by my allocated therapist. I know it was exactly that time as we both looked at my phone and I said outloud to her ‘it’s 2:58?’ How ridiculous. And not addressing the completely incorrect parking advice and signage which was a cause of originally being FOUR minutes late?! And finally, yes I did indicate I wasn’t happy with the service before I left. Here was me thinking it was just an unlucky interaction but if that is how you respond to genuine feedback, obviously not. Glad I did bother to leave a review now!!

I had my brows done at Brow Tribe and I’m so happy with how they turned out! 🫶 Sally did my brows and she was so lovely the whole time. She made me feel really comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took so much care to make sure they looked perfect. The service was amazing from start to finish and my brows turned out even better than I expected. I’m genuinely obsessed with them and can’t stop looking at them 😂 Would definitely recommend Brow Tribe, especially Sally, if you’re thinking about getting your brows done. Thank you so much! 💖

Brow Tribe is so much more than eyebrow services, it's an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service is exceptional. I had to reschedule my appointment due to other priorities, and the team made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. They were so understanding, attentive, and genuinely caring. I also had the pleasure of meeting the stunning and wonderful Karoliis. She was incredibly patient, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and explained every step of the process in detail. She made me feel special, cared for, and completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I couldn't recommend Brown Tribe enough. Aeysha is a magician! I'm a natural redhead, have always had difficulty getting my brow colour right. Aeysha was determined to get the colour right for me and is lovely to boot. Whole salon is welcoming and beautiful. 5 stars highly recommend 👌
