I recently had a disappointing experience during my eyelash extension appointment on Friday. The technician displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. Initially, when she applied the tape, it was uncomfortable and poked my eyes. When I mentioned this issue, she responded by rolling her eyes and showing visible frustration, ultimately pulling the tape off harshly. Once the extensions were completed, I noticed significant gaps in the application and requested that she fix them. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, she applied glue directly to my eyelashes and hastily placed them on, which resulted in glue getting into my eyes. This caused me considerable discomfort, leaving me tearful during the appointment. After returning home, my eyes remained red and continued to tear for two days. Given this experience, I find it hard to recommend this service, and I will not be returning.

Aman was incredible! I have tiny hands and stencils don’t work! She drew the whole design in 15 min by hand! Amazing!
