So naturally, when I wanted to find the best brow artist across all the Benefit Cosmetics BrowBars in Perth, I asked both Google Gemini and Claude to collate all the Google reviews across every location. Without hesitation, one name came up as the unmistakable answer: Bianca. And honestly? The AI was absolutely right. Which is both impressive and a little bit hilarious that in 2026, it took two artificial intelligences to point me toward the most genuinely human, warm, and personable experience I've had in a beauty salon. The irony is not lost on me! 😄 Bianca was absolutely amazing. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable and that means everything in the beauty industry. There's something so special about someone who not only delivers beautiful results but makes you feel confident and cared for throughout the whole process. That kind of warmth goes such a long way, and Bianca has it in spades. Highly, highly recommend. Even the robots agree. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a fantastic experience at the Benefit Brow Bar, and I can’t recommend Khalida at Myer Garden City highly enough. From the moment I sat down, she took the time to understand the look I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions on the techniques to apply based on my face shape, how to maintain a natural looking brow and how to properly draw it in.

It was a pleasure to walk to the Benefits Counter in Myer..... the store and the counters were all neat,. clean, tidy and professionally arranged. it was my 2nd visit to Benefits, and once again, my appointment was on time (which was welcoming). The assistant was the same lady who assisted me the previous time, and again, she was friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the end result (tinting of my eyebrows), and I will fefinitely be returning, when necessary.

Well I won’t come back! 😂 Very little engagement from the ‘beauty therapist’ at all, although I’m no newbie to this there was absolutely no conversation about what was happening which would be awful for a first timer! And to top it off, I can barely see any difference between my before and after! Then to really add salt to the wounds, I booked a ‘Brow wax and tint’ and had a brow wax free with my Myer Gold membership. The two treatments are $56 and I had $42 free for my wax but no, I got charged ‘individually’ so I paid $24 for a tint that isn’t evenly noticeable! I’ll go back to Bang On Brows for a far superior and personalised service (which actually shows too!) for half the price!
