Bang on Brows

I was a walk in for some waxing. The staff were cheerful on greeting, carefully assessed my skin, asked what products I’d been using to ensure there would be no reaction. The salon and utensils are clean and organised. They use their own brand of wax which smells delicious! The service was prompt, quick and the lady assisting me was wonderful and gave me clear, concise after care advice and instruction. Highly recommended and I will be back.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but it is unfortunately warranted. I attended for an eyebrow wax to get my brows shaped before a special event. The wax is easily the worst I’ve ever had. My brows are now uneven length, uneven height and different shapes. Which is quite an achievement considering my natural brows are long, thick and have a pretty decent shape! The tail of left one has been shortened so much and the arch flattened. The shape of the right one is at least better but it is now much thinner than the left. The selfie attached is taken after this wax. The before/after pic is from another clinic to show what my brows should look like after a touch up. 2 stars given because although the girl did a terrible job, she was very kind and friendly. I’m sorry to not be able to give better feedback.

Very professional, gentle and I absolutely loved the result. One of the best threading I have experienced. The chairs that adjust are all part of the premium service. Bina was lovely and very experienced.
