I made a reservation verbally a month ago. It's my fault, but because it was a verbal reservation, it wasn't recorded in my reservation history and I forgot to go. A month later, I was sued by a lawyer and received a bill for cancellation fees. There was no verbal explanation about cancellation fees.

I received very attentive care right from the consultation! They showed me a photo of my eyebrow shape before starting, so it was easy to see what the finished result would look like. They also kept talking to me about each step during the treatment, so I felt at ease (^^) I was also happy that they taught me how to apply makeup and how to care for my skin at the end! I look forward to seeing you again next time!

I had an eyelash perm done. I was extremely satisfied from the consultation to the finished result. First, the consultation was very thorough, and they listened carefully to all my questions, from areas that were difficult to curl to my desired design. The eyelash perm treatment began with me lying on a soft bed, and they kept checking to make sure I wasn't feeling any discomfort. It was so comfortable that I even fell asleep during the process. The finished result was exactly as I wanted; my lashes were lifted, and the droopy-eyed design with beautifully defined strands was perfect. This was a practice session, so it only cost 1000 yen, but I think it would be worth 5000 yen. I'm going to meet a friend now, and I'm looking forward to meeting her with my beautiful eyelashes and newfound confidence. Thank you so much!

まつげパーマと眉毛スタイリングをしていただきました。 カウンセリングから仕上がりまでとても丁寧に対応してくださりました。まつ毛の上がりにくい部分や眉毛のなりたい形など私の意見を聞いていただき、仕上がりも想像以上に綺麗でした。 今まで右目だけがまつ毛が下がっていたのですが左右対称にまつ毛が上がっていたことに感動しました。眉毛もなりたかった平行眉になれて大満足です。次回もお願いしたいと思えました。
