I've been going there for several months, but the staff member who assisted me this time had a terrible experience. I had a 7:15 PM appointment, but arrived at 7:18 PM. Because I was 3 minutes late, I was told they couldn't perform the makeup service. Furthermore, I was charged the full price for the makeup service, which surprised me, and I had to ask for clarification. Their official LINE account stated that if I was more than 5 minutes late, they might change the service, so they said something that wasn't in their policy. The actual treatment finished at 7:35 PM, only about 17 minutes, which was much shorter than my previous appointments. There wasn't even a next customer waiting. I'm extremely dissatisfied because I was charged the full price despite the shoddy service. I spoke to the manager on the phone and confirmed the details, and they said there was no error in the charge because the treatment was performed. While I admit I was late, the service was so bad that I will never go there again. Please be careful, everyone.

I only had my eyebrows waxed. I had a description of the location in the guide I received when I made my reservation on Hotpepper, so it's my fault for not reading it properly beforehand, but the place is like an apartment building, and there's no sign from the outside, so I wondered if I was in the right place before going in. The treatment took exactly 30 minutes, and was done efficiently and carefully! The person who took care of me was also friendly and easy to talk to. It was easy to find, about a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station. The interior was predominantly white, giving it a clean and comfortable, private feel. I was nervous about getting my first eyelash perm, but they clearly explained the design and performed the procedure carefully from start to finish! I was happy that they were so attentive to preventing the perm solution from irritating my eyes. Towards the end, having my eyes touched felt so good that I almost dozed off. My eyelashes are long, and mascara makes them feel heavy very quickly, so I usually don't wear much eye makeup. It brightens my look even without heavy makeup, so I'm glad I went for it!

I visited because I wanted to make a clean and neat first impression. The staff's polite questions taught me that there are many different shapes of eyebrows. The staff were cheerful and easy to talk to, so I wasn't nervous at all. I felt a slight prickling sensation only when they plucked the hairs, but there was no pain, and we talked the whole time, so it was over in no time. They were very easy to talk to and friendly, which was great. I will definitely come back.

The staff member was very friendly and lovely. Also, when I told them my desired look, they recommended a course that suited me, which I appreciated. I'm very satisfied with the result! I've had eyelash perms before, but it had been a while, and this was my first time at this salon, so it would have been even better if they had touched my eyes during the procedure to explain what stage they were at and the aftercare (such as how many hours later it would be okay to get my eyes wet).
