I've been going to this salon for about 8 or 9 years. I've been getting eyelash perms since I was in my 20s, but this is the first salon I've continued to go to consistently, and although there have been changes in staff along the way, each staff member has always been polite and I'm very satisfied with the results. They also thoroughly examine the condition of my lashes and give advice, so I feel very comfortable continuing to come here. It's been a while since my last visit, but I hope to continue to support them in the future.

I used their services twice a few months ago. The first time, they listened attentively to my concerns about my eyelashes. However, on my second visit, after being told, "Your eyelashes are shorter than last time," they recommended an eyelash serum. Even if my eyelashes were actually shorter, I think they should have been more considerate in their wording (especially since there were other customers). Even if they wanted to sell the eyelash serum, wouldn't it have been better to say something like, "If your eyelashes grow longer, the impression of your eyes will change even more, so I recommend an eyelash serum!"...? I have absolutely no complaints about the results of the eyelash perm, so I'm giving it 3 stars.

They always take the time to carefully listen to my concerns about the condition of my eyelashes and then perform the treatment meticulously, tailoring it to their specific needs at the time. The salon is bright and the staff are cheerful, making it a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I look forward to continuing to use their services!

I get my hair extensions done here every month. The salon has semi-private rooms, so I can relax and enjoy the treatment. They are so thorough that I sometimes fall asleep, and the results are always beautiful. I definitely want to continue going there.
