I had a lash perm with a coating. The consultation was thorough, and they did a beautiful job exactly as I wanted. They forgot to give me the review submission gift on the day of my appointment, so I deducted one star.

I've been to many places for eyelash perms, but this was the best. They gave me a thorough consultation about the type of finish I wanted, which I was very satisfied with. The prices are a little higher after the third session, but I plan to keep going.

The customer service was incredibly kind and polite, and the finished result was absolutely beautiful!

My evening plans were cancelled, so I made a last-minute reservation. The consultation was thorough, and although I wasn't entirely sure about the eyelash perm design I wanted and couldn't answer smoothly, they skillfully explained what they thought would be best when I conveyed my image, making it easy to visualize the finished result. My natural eyelashes are uneven in length and volume on the left and right sides, so I imagine there were many areas that were difficult to curl, but they did a beautiful job. Going to a new salon on short notice can be a bit nerve-wracking, but my anxieties disappeared immediately during the consultation, and I'm so glad I found such a great salon and such a great eyelash technician! As advised, I'll focus on growing out my short, sparse left eyelashes first, and then I'll come back again! Thank you so much!

This was my first visit for an eyelash perm. It was a very stylish and beautiful salon. They listened attentively to the image I wanted to achieve and provided thorough counseling. They explained everything about eyelashes very enthusiastically. During the procedure, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. The chair was so plush and comfortable that I fell asleep without realizing it (lol). The results were surprisingly beautiful! I was very satisfied with both the service and the results. I was also happy that they gave me advice for the future.
