I went there for my nails for about three years. I was able to request a specific manicurist (no nomination fee), but many of the nail artists left. It seems like few stayed for a year. Some of the staff were beauty school students, and before I took my nail technician exam, I had to practice gel removal on them a few times. They had several branches in Umeda and Namba, but they closed one after another, so now I can see why the nail artists didn't last long. The service when making reservations over the phone was rude, and they often made reservations by mistake. I stopped getting my nails done there as soon as my manicurist left.

Despite telling them I'm allergic to eyelash extensions, I still had an allergic reaction... I quickly found an eyelash salon while I was traveling and had them use eyelash extension remover and shampoo my eyelashes, but even though it's been five days, they said, "There's still a lot of what looks like perm solution left at your hairline. I think that might be the cause of your allergy." This wasn't my first time getting an eyelash perm, and so far I haven't had an allergic reaction. I have no intention of going again.

The technique was meticulous and the shampoo felt very nice. However, there was a female employee who ignored me even though we made eye contact when I arrived, and she seemed unfriendly, almost as if she was angry, which left me with a slightly unpleasant feeling. Based on the atmosphere of the salon and the finished result, it didn't seem like a hair salon that would appeal to young people.

They do eyelash extensions very carefully. The consultation is also thorough. I think it's a trustworthy salon.

They were very polite and gave me a thorough eyelash perm. It was great!
