It's rare to find a salon with such attentive service! My friends always ask me where I went and compliment me lol The salon's atmosphere was stylish and comfortable. It's a salon I would definitely recommend everyone try. I plan to continue going there!

I booked an appointment because I saw so many wonderful reviews. I've been to many eyelash salons before, but this is the first time I've found one that I'm so satisfied with. The consultations are always incredibly thorough; they carefully listen to my requests and then suggest a design that suits my eye shape and lash condition, so I feel completely at ease. The treatment itself is also very meticulous; you can tell they put care into each and every lash. The finished result is always even cuter than I imagined, with the volume, curl, and even the way the lashes flow at the outer corners being absolutely perfect. They create the ideal eye look—not too natural, but not too dramatic either—so I feel great every time I look in the mirror. Furthermore, the results last incredibly well; they stay beautiful and don't become messy even after time passes, which always impresses me. I've even started getting asked, "Where do you get your lashes done?" more often! The staff are all very kind, and the salon atmosphere is calm and comfortable, so I look forward to going every time. The technique and customer service were truly wonderful; I was impressed by their excellent sense of style and technical skills. This is my favorite salon, and I want to keep coming back. I showed them a picture of "soft, fluffy eyebrows" and specifically requested "soft, thick eyebrows" and "thinning only slightly to create a translucent look." However, I felt quite uneasy from the start of the procedure. When I was shown the mirror midway through, a significant portion of my eyebrow hairs had been removed from the inner corners, so I asked them to correct it. Also, I was uneasy because I heard a continuous sound of scissors making large cuts, something I don't often hear at eyebrow salons these days. Furthermore, I was surprised because, as is usually the case, they would let me check the state of my eyebrows before applying makeup, but this time they started drawing without saying anything. Feeling uneasy, I asked if I could see them again, but even then, the shape had already changed considerably. As a result, my eyebrows became very thin and sharp, slightly downward-sloping, and the amount of hair at the inner corner of my left eyebrow had been significantly reduced. Moreover, there was a huge difference between my left and right eyebrows. My eyebrows are naturally quite full and I often receive compliments on them wherever I go. I usually just trim them slightly, leaving them mostly as they are, so the amount of hair isn't the problem. I'm very sad because I ended up with the look I wanted to avoid most. I felt that the technician didn't really understand the image in the posted photos, and my anxieties were unfortunately confirmed. What was the point of the consultation? I regret forgetting to mention that I'm not good at drawing eyebrows and wanted to avoid having to fill them in as much as possible. However, I had a great experience at a sister salon before, where they gave me the perfect soft, natural-looking eyebrows, and the posted photos were exactly that style, so I came expecting a similar result. Of course, they still charged me for this result. While I understand I should pay for the service, I honestly can't believe they charged me for such an obvious failure. Since it's waxing, I'll have to live with these unfortunate eyebrows for a while, which is quite depressing. I'm very disappointed, especially since I had such high expectations.

I don't mind minor issues, but I'm posting this because the service I received this time was so disappointing. I was treated by a staff member named Manami. 1. While the treatment solution was being applied, I could clearly hear her using her phone (her fingernails are long, so it was even more audible. This is the first time I've ever heard someone using their phone). 2. The solution stung my eyes, and I couldn't stop crying for a long time. (The staff member said that it was because they use a volatile solution that it stings easily.) However, only my right eye stung considerably, so if it were a volatile solution, both eyes should have stung. Despite the solution getting into my eyes during the treatment, the staff member blamed it on the solution and offered no apology. 3. Even though they said it was volatile, they used a hairdryer to dry it, which caused the liquid to evaporate even more, making my tears even more uncontrollable (crying). 4. Because my tears wouldn't stop, they repeatedly swab my sensitive eyelids with a cotton swab. As a result, the area around my eyes is stinging and painful. 5. What surprised me was that they removed the tape from my lower eyelid while using a hairdryer. The wind dried my eyes, making the tears flow even more. 6. At the end, when they were seeing me off, they promoted their Instagram account. Normally, they would apologize, but I was shocked by their response. There was no sign of apology, and I was really disappointed, as I had been looking forward to it.
