I’ve had my eyelash extensions done three times at this eye design lab, and I couldn’t be happier! Each visit has been a relaxing experience, and the staff is always incredibly professional and attentive. They take time to discuss the style and length I want, making sure each set of lashes looks beautiful and suits me perfectly. The quality and durability of the extensions are fantastic, lasting well until my next appointment. I feel pampered and confident every time I leave, and I look forward to coming back. I love coming to get my lashes done here. The staff takes a lot of care in making the perfect lash design for you. A couple of the lash techs speak near-fluent English so there’s no reason to worry about communication. Even the lash techs who don’t are extremely friendly too. Many on staff have also competed and won awards in international lash competitions. I was really nervous the first time, but I’ve come back several times because I trust them so much.

I went to the salon to get an eyebrow wax and just staying I’m in love with my eyebrows since! The staff is so nice and helpful even if you don’t speak Japanese. Would totally recommend if you live in Kobe!🩷

Excellent lashes beautifully done

It was my first time visiting, but the interior was calm and clean, and I felt very comfortable. The explanation before the treatment was easy to understand, and they carefully listened to my wishes, so I felt at ease. The finished look was natural and neat, and I enjoyed looking at myself in the mirror. I would also recommend it to anyone who is worried about the shape of their eyebrows!
