I've been going there regularly for about two years, and until now I've always arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. This time, due to a delay in public transport, I arrived 5 minutes late, but I was told that the treatment was not possible and a cancellation fee was charged. I was told that it was possible to change the time, but I was informed that an additional fee would be required. I understand that there are rules, but this was the first time I'd been late in my long history of using their services, and it was a day when public transport was severely disrupted, so I was disappointed that they couldn't be a little more flexible.

This was my first visit, and the consultation was thorough, the communication during the treatment was meticulous and attentive, and my eyelashes were beautifully curled. The price was reasonable, and the results were excellent and long-lasting. I'm very satisfied! I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.
