I received the treatment as a monitor. The customer service was polite and left a very good impression. It was my first time getting an eyelash perm, so I was worried it might not last long, but even after two weeks, the curl is still beautifully intact. I'm also happy with the natural curve of my eyebrows; they're easy to shape!

I had an eyelash perm and eyebrow waxing done in about two hours. It was very quick and thorough, so my back, neck, and head didn't hurt at all on the treatment bed. There was a thorough consultation before and after the treatment, and I'm very satisfied with the results! Afterwards, my eyes stung a little and hurt, but it was only temporary, so that was good. I understand it's unavoidable since they were wearing masks, but I think it would have been even better if they had smiled.

The waxing and thinning were also significantly less painful than at my previous salon; I even fell asleep during the process. Regarding my eyelashes, they had a wide variety of rods available, and they perfectly achieved my desired look—neither too natural nor too curled. The treatment was very gentle and didn't sting my eyes at all. The salon had a great atmosphere, and the staff were very approachable. Even though I'm not very good at talking, I was able to clearly communicate my wishes, which I really appreciated.

They kept me informed during the consultation and treatment, so I wasn't surprised by any pain. Also, we were able to check the progress of the eyebrow design in the mirror together, so I don't think there's any chance of it being different from what I wanted! I'm extremely satisfied!
