The service was extremely convenient + comfortable, I was unable to speak Japanese but it was no problem. I booked ahead on the website using Chrome’s translate feature. Once you get past the barrier of creating account, it is effortless and was able to secure a same day appointment. The chair was so cozy that I fell asleep and the lash tech was very courteous, and my lashes look amazing, I only did a lash perm but it looks like I have extensions now because she permed them so beautifully!

Never had such beautiful lashes! Thank you 藤野, I love it. I had a Parisian lash lift, and it works really well for monolids. Even though I don’t speak Japanese, we could still communicate with the help of a translate app. I would definitely recommend this salon.

The staff's service was terrible. (They were unfriendly, even those other than the person who did my eyelashes, perhaps because they were busy.) At the end, even though I said it was stinging and painful, they didn't wipe it off properly. When I checked in the mirror, there was something stuck in my eye, and when I asked for a tissue to do it myself, they refused, saying "Eh" and "It'll ruin the shape." I was in pain and crying, but I left the store without being able to wipe it off properly. I've had many different designs done before, but this was the first time I experienced eye discharge and swelling, and the tears wouldn't stop. I washed my eyes as soon as I left the store, but if I had endured that, it would have caused problems! Also, there are way too many fake reviews. I'm never going there again.
