They always do a thorough job. They always confirm the details of the treatment beforehand. I usually go to different salons, but I've already been back about five times.

I regretted going there. I ordered a loose eyelash perm because I don't like my eyelashes touching my eyelids, but the result was exactly what I had said I didn't want. They did say they would fix it, but even though I was fully booked and couldn't make it, they said they couldn't fix it after 5 days. I managed to go in within the deadline, but although they said they would only restore the roots, the curl was gone and my eyelashes ended up even more uneven than my natural ones. Some of my eyelashes were frizzy, I didn't get a refund, there was no sincere apology, and all I got was money for damaged eyelashes. I will never go there again.

At this salon, all but one type of rod (C curl type) is included in the Parisian Lash Lift menu. I wasn't looking for the Parisian look so I booked for the eyelash perm menu, but I felt a little cheated when I was charged extra. Also, the eyebrow wax was a tape type. Be careful if you're looking for the type that you apply and then peel off with paper.

It didn't sting at all, and the finished result was so beautiful! I'm extremely satisfied!
