The staff was very kind and patient even though my Japanese was not very good. I was comfortable during the appointment and am very happy with the end result.

This time I got eyebrow waxing! The price was cheap and it's easy to go there regularly. However, the result wasn't what I wanted... I guess that's to be expected with such a low price. The staff were unfriendly and just went about their work mechanically. The salon told me not to groom my eyebrows for three weeks, so I left them alone when I went. Then, they coldly told me that the eyebrow hairs that had grown on my eyelids were not included in the treatment and that I should pluck them myself. I wish they had told me that beforehand. My eyebrows were neatly trimmed, but the hairs on my eyelids made the result look really ugly and embarrassing. They didn't consider how I would feel having to take the train home like that. I got the impression they lacked a bit of empathy and consideration. However, if you don't care about your eyebrows and just want something cheap, I would recommend it!

I used their service as a model for an eyebrow waxing lesson. It felt incredibly rushed and sloppy. Furthermore, they didn't notice the asymmetry or missed spots... Even after removing the tape, they only touched my eyebrows for about 0.1 seconds. I was surprised by their lack of expertise; their answer to my questions was simply "either way is fine." Also, whether it was the quality of the makeup tools or their technique, it was extremely painful. It's disappointing.

However, there was absolutely no pain or heat, and it was surprisingly comfortable, almost ticklish♪ I felt relieved knowing that I could definitely continue going♪ The staff, Ishimoto-san and Shoji-san, spoke to me very kindly and were very attentive during the treatment, which made me feel very at ease♪ I'm looking forward to continuing to go to achieve my ideal results♪
