The first time, the eyelash perm lasted well and the curl was good, so I booked my next appointment. The second time, when I entered the salon, the staff member didn't look at me and kept their head down while guiding me, and the treatment and the finished result were disappointing. They said it was due to the hair cycle, but the condition of my eyelashes wasn't so bad that it could be explained by the hair cycle alone. Honestly, if I hadn't done the second treatment, the curl from the first treatment would have been better. This time, they tried to get me to book my next appointment again, but I declined. The result of an eyelash perm depends on the person doing it, so I can't say that any particular salon is necessarily good, but overall, I think I'll go to a different place in the future!

The person who assisted me was very polite and friendly. However, they messed up one eye, lol. They let me check in the mirror at the end, but it was too awkward to say anything, lol. I mean, surely the person who did it noticed the mistake? They're a professional, after all. When I looked in the mirror again at home, the eyelashes on one eye were pointing in all different directions and not curled all the way up. It looked like I'd done it myself! I'm sure they would fix it if I contacted them, but I'm busy and it would be awkward, so I won't. I wish they could get it right the first time.

The music in the salon was loud, which was a bit unsettling when I lay down, but the interior was nice. They did lower the volume a bit, which was a plus. However, if the music continues to be loud, I won't be going back. I thought the results were beautiful, but when I got home and waited six hours as instructed, I took a bath and slowly looked at my lashes. They were slightly to the right or left, and some of them had a sharp curve. I was worried about the unevenness, so I contacted them four days later and was told they'd have up to three days after the treatment to contact me for touch-ups, which was disappointing. I thought it was a week, but it seems like it was clearly written in the consent form, but I didn't read it carefully and missed it, which I shouldn't have. It's disappointing. They offered a free coating if I left a review on the spot, so I think it was a problem that I left a review on Hot Pepper Beauty first. I thought it was strange to leave a review first when I didn't know whether the eyelash perm would last. I've decided not to leave reviews first. I thought the treatment was poorly done because it wasn't done by a skilled person. After all, I went to a salon, so I want my eyelashes to look nice for a month. Since I'm spending money, I want to go to a different salon next time.
