very kind staff & the service was great! i received an eyebrow wax & eyelash perm during my service. for my brows they asked my preferences for shape and thickness. as for my lashes, they checked my eyelash condition and requested which style i’d like to receive. overall, i felt my needs were met and i would come back again!

Strongly not recommended！This shop will find ways to charge you extra. When I made the reservation, I confirmed the price three times, and it was JP¥3850. However, after you pay the deposit and as soon as the service begins, they try to add charges. I was not wearing makeup, only CC cream, but they said they needed to charge JP¥1650 as a "cleaning fee." I felt I didn't need this cleaning and didn't understand what kind of cleaning could cost so much. They then said there were two types, and the other one was JP¥800. Because I have always had a very good impression of Japan, I thought this so-called "cleaning" might be some extra service. But in reality, it was just the same as the standard procedure everywhere else (this is the normal process in both Australia and China). Yet here, they charged an extra JP¥800 for it (10 sec clean) My impression of Japan had always been excellent until this moment. I felt cheated and was extremely unhappy!
