I previously had an eyelash perm, but the curl was too tight and dull, poking into my eyelid crease. It was clearly a failure, so I asked for a correction, but they refused, saying there were no openings. They said it would be better if I straightened them with a heated eyelash curler, but I didn't get an eyelash perm just to do that. However, when I checked Hot Pepper, there were still openings. When I inquired, I received a sarcastic reply: "Thank you for taking the time to look into it." Their excuse was that the stylist was inexperienced, but all their listings state that all their stylist has over 3 years of experience. I went there several times before the failure, and during that time, the price suddenly increased. Upon investigation, I found that they had added an eye mask, which I thought was a service but hadn't been explained properly and whose effects were unclear. I was very disappointed.

I was offered a fixed design as a model for free. The salon was beautiful and the staff were very kind and friendly, so I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind. I was also very satisfied with the results, and would like to come back again.

I had eyebrow treatment in April. Immediately after the treatment, a large section of hair fell out on one side, and it still hasn't grown back even now, more than three months later. When I contacted the salon, they simply explained that it "might have coincided with the hair growth cycle," but they didn't apologize or take any concrete action, and I just received appointment notices as usual after that.
