I booked an eyelash perm, but they told me it would take longer than scheduled because they were working on multiple clients at the same time. Since I wouldn't make it to my next appointment, they suggested I change the date and time of my appointment, and when I did, they charged me a 50% fee for the change. When I said it was unfair since it was their fault for exceeding the scheduled time, they canceled my appointment for today and said I wouldn't be charged the fee if I never came back. It was an unbelievable response from the salon, like they were telling me never to come back, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced.

From the consultation to the treatment and even the farewell, everything was done with such care and I was so happy to meet such wonderful staff! I've had lash perms at many different salons before, but the finished result and the longevity of the perm were outstanding – it was the best I've ever experienced! 😭✨ I definitely want to continue coming here!
