I booked an appointment after finding this salon on Hot Pepper. I mainly speak English, and it was easy to communicate with the woman who did my eyelash perm. I'm super happy with the results, and it was a lot more affordable than at home in New York. Thank you so much!

The salon is conveniently located in a building very close to Namba. The elevator doors open right at the shop, and the interior is so clean I wondered if I needed to take my shoes off, but they told me it was okay to enter with my shoes on! There were rows of lockers, like in a hair salon, where I put my belongings before the consultation. I went as a model, and the explanations were very thorough, and the consultation was excellent. When I moved to the sofa and they reclined it to start the treatment, I looked up and noticed the ceiling had a cute and striking design! I felt a little unwell during the treatment, but when I mentioned it, they handled it very kindly. I had eyebrow care and an eyelash perm at the same time, which was a first for me, but it was very efficient and saved me a lot of time! I'm extremely satisfied with the results—my eyebrows and eyelashes! Thank you so much for the consistently attentive service!

I've been going there for about two years. The prices have recently gone up, but I still think they're cheaper than other salons. I've been going there about once a month, but in the past six months, I've had two perms and had my hair cut at the roots a few days later, which made it difficult to grow my hair out. The stylist changes every time if you don't specify a specific stylist.

I'd been going there for a few months, and even though I was 10 minutes late and rushed there, they charged me half the treatment price as a cancellation fee. They also waived my booking discount for appointments within 6 weeks, and the treatment was probably finished within the scheduled time, and I didn't even cancel in the first place, so I feel the charge is excessively high. I really liked going there, so this is incredibly disappointing.

I had a Parisian perm done. Since it's a new salon, the interior was very clean and quiet. The staff were also very polite. I've had perms at several salons before, but I think the results here are the best! The price is also reasonable. I plan to continue going there!
