I've been a regular customer and haven't had any complaints until now, but this time was very disappointing. I've always booked through Hot Pepper, and for the past few visits, I've been advised to "make my next appointment before leaving" when I visit. I believed I had made my next appointment on the spot this time as well. However, when I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was told that "there was no reservation." I was very confused because I was certain I had made the reservation. Furthermore, I was told that the salon was fully booked for that day, and I couldn't receive treatment, so I ended up rescheduling for a week later. I've always felt a little uneasy about verbal reservations because there's no record of the reservation history. When a reservation isn't recorded like this, it's difficult for me to verify it, and as a result, I have to change my plans and wait a week. It may have been a misunderstanding in their reservation management, but it's disappointing that this happened despite using the salon's reservation method. Also, the response on the day was only a quiet "I'm sorry," and I felt that a more thorough explanation and response would have been appreciated.

I admit I was late, but when I called to let them know I would be late, I was told that delays of 5 minutes or more would not be eligible for treatment adjustments, and delays of 10 minutes or more would make treatment impossible. I confirmed twice whether treatment would be possible if I was less than 10 minutes late, and I told them I would hurry and make it on time before hanging up. I then hurried over, and when I arrived about 8 minutes late, I was told that they couldn't treat me today. I asked, "Didn't you say on the phone that it would be within 10 minutes?" and they said the next customer was arriving in 10 minutes. What was the point of me rushing over? If that's the case, shouldn't they have explained on the phone that treatment might not be possible even if I arrived within 10 minutes? What they said on the phone is contradictory, and this is unacceptable customer service. I hurried over because they said treatment would be possible if I was less than 10 minutes late, but if that was the case, I wouldn't have rushed and would have rescheduled. I think they should review their phone etiquette. I admit I was late, but I lost faith in their response.

It's inexpensive and they can do a beautiful job in 30 minutes. Weekdays are slightly cheaper than weekends.

They explain everything carefully and talk to me throughout the treatment, so I always feel at ease leaving it to them! ^_−☆

I always get my hair done at Parisienne, and it lasts so long! It also cuts down on the time it takes to put on makeup! ✨ It's super close to Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station, so it's easy to get to, and the salon is beautiful and relaxing. ☺︎ The staff are friendly, so it's easy to drop in and ask for advice. ☺️ They don't charge cash, so checkout is a breeze!
