I've had my eyelashes permed at many different salons, but this is the first time I've experienced such poor results. I made an appointment after looking at the finished photo of the eyelash perm, but my left lashes didn't lift much after the treatment, so I waited some time before taking a bath, and now they're the same as before the treatment. It feels like the lashes on my right eye will fall out if I wait 2-3 days. I'd like them to do it again or ask for a refund. I'm really disappointed, as I spent my limited pocket money on an eyelash perm. The photo was taken on the day of the treatment. It's 7 hours later.

I wouldn't even give it one star. This isn't my first time at an eyebrow salon, but I've never experienced anything this sloppy. There were hairs growing slightly outside the area around my eyebrows, and they were so different on each side. I know it can get red, but it was more like a rash. The service wasn't very good either. If it had cost around 2000 yen, maybe... I'll probably go home and do it properly myself again. What a waste...

They perform the treatment very carefully. They offer thoughtful advice on caring for my natural lashes and provide attentive communication throughout the treatment, so I always feel at ease entrusting myself to them! I go by car, but there are no discounts from the shopping complex, so I use nearby parking.

I usually go to a different branch of the same chain, but I had business nearby so I went here. I was very happy with how well my eyelashes were curled. I'd like to visit again if I have the chance! Thank you very much!

I have monolids, but my eyelashes were curled beautifully, and I'm very happy with the result. The customer service was also excellent.
