I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, but the moment I entered the store, the staff gave me a dirty look without even a greeting and ignored me. I was finally shown in 15 minutes later, but there was no apology whatsoever, and I was told to register online first. I wish they had prompted me to do so while I was waiting. I understand that it's unavoidable with a system where each customer is assigned a specific stylist, but customers who arrived later were shown in before me. I made a reservation through Hot Pepper, and at that time I messaged them requesting eyelash perm and eyelash extensions. I received no reply, and when I inquired, I was told it wasn't possible. It felt like they were just doing menial tasks and treating it like a chore. Since there were several days until my appointment, I could have canceled in advance if they had contacted me. I was made to wait in an unpleasant atmosphere after arriving at the store; it was a waste of time. I wonder if their business style of filling up with reservations is putting a strain on the staff? It felt like they couldn't keep up with customer service or even the content of their messages.

It's conveniently located near the station and I'm very happy with the results! I'll definitely be back next time!
