I made a reservation using the Minimo model. I informed them that the roads were congested and I would be five minutes late, but I couldn't find the store, so I parked my car and walked. I called the store to say I didn't know the way, and they asked me where I was, and I gave them various names, but they couldn't understand. They even hung up on me once. I called back immediately, but the call was cut off and they didn't even say an apology. In the end, they couldn't find the way, and 15 minutes passed, so they canceled. I'm very sorry that I was late, but they asked me where I was several times, which cost me phone charges, and parking fees. I know that many people come by train, but some people come by car. I would like them to be more aware of the buildings near the store and the area around the station.

They offer a discount for return visits within 6 weeks, but mine easily lasted longer than 6 weeks.
