It had been a while since my last perm, and it was my first time at this salon, so I was a little nervous at first, but the salon had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The explanations were thorough, and I felt at ease throughout the process. The finished result was exactly what I wanted, and I appreciated that they explained the characteristics of my eyelashes and any differences between the left and right sides.

I've been going there for hair removal and HBL for about six months now, and both are great value for money! They carefully listen to my requests every time I get my eyebrows done, and they give me the look I've always wanted. The hair removal is also very effective, and since I pay as I go, the price is very reasonable. The technique, atmosphere, and customer service are all great, so I'll definitely be coming back!
