I had my eyebrows trimmed at Memeru Esaka. The staff were friendly and the service and treatment were excellent. It was a very comfortable experience. I would like to continue going there.

There was a significant difference in the finished look of my eyebrows; one eyebrow had a pointed inner corner, while the other was thicker. Some of the hairs in the center also appeared to be missing. Since I have sparse eyebrows to begin with, this result is disappointing. My eyelashes were also unevenly shaped, and overall I was not satisfied. Asking for a refund would be too much trouble, so I'll just consider this a learning experience and let it go.
