I visited this salon the other day. My eyelash extensions were sticking together, and when my natural lashes fell out, two of them would stick together. I experienced a lot of pain and discomfort in my lashes during everyday life, which was very unpleasant. When I went to my usual salon for a refill, the staff member told me that my extensions were sticking together and that I was losing a lot of my natural lashes. The customer service was neither good nor bad, but the result was very disappointing, so I won't be returning. It's very disappointing that the lash technician left the extensions stuck together. I wouldn't say they were very skilled.

It was my first perm so I was a bit nervous, but the staff member gave me a thorough consultation and I was able to leave it to them with peace of mind! I'll also do my best with the home care tips they taught me 💪 I look forward to seeing you again next time!
