In May, I went to La Ponno Tezukayama for a "intestinal massage." It felt so good I fell asleep soundly. *Some of the changes I noticed before and after the massage were: "My facial expression looks younger," "My body feels lighter," and "I just feel good." Those were my impressions that day. The next day, I had really bad shoulder stiffness, but perhaps the intestinal massage relieved my "intestinal tension." Strangely, I haven't had shoulder stiffness for ages! I've been wondering why. I've heard that weakness in the internal organs manifests itself externally, so I'm surprised that this is what's causing it. I realized how little I've been doing to those areas that aren't visible (lol). I'd like to go back for more internal organ adjustments. Of course, the therapists at the salon are kind and compassionate, and provide personalized counseling. I learned so much about diet, sleep, and exercise! Thank you so much!✨I'm so grateful.

My stomach felt warm and cozy from the inside, and I could tell my intestines were happy.
