マツエクのメニューで予約し、当日は実際に来店しました。 メニュー説明欄には太さ0.12、長さ14mmが対応可能と記載されていましたが、太さは0.1か0.15しかなく、長さも13mmまでで求めていたデザインができなかったため、施術は受けずに退店しました。 来店したのにも関わらず、結果的にこちら側の直前キャンセル扱いとして処理されました。 メニューに記載しているデザインと実際にお店でできるデザインが異なっていたので納得いかず退店したのにも関わらず、こちら側がペナルティを受ける形で処理され、このような対応をする店なのだと感じました。

My eyelash extensions didn't turn out the way I expected, and I'm wondering whether to remove them or get them redone. I've tried calling several times over the past three days to get a consultation, but I can't get through, and it's really frustrating. 🥲

I used their service twice, but the results were inconsistent and didn't last long, so I had to get it removed and redone at another salon. The finish was so bad I could have done it myself, and I'm really disappointed considering the high price I paid. I won't be going back.

This is an eyelash salon located on the 2nd floor of a newly built beauty building in front of Kobe Station. The building itself is very stylish, and the salon is bright, clean, and has a calming atmosphere, making it very relaxing. I visited after work, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I felt very pampered. The eyelash extension technique is excellent; I've been to many salons before, but the extensions lasted a long time, and even after about a month, they are still almost perfectly intact, so I'm very satisfied. At other salons, I was always bothered by the extensions catching on my eyelashes, which caused me to touch them and damage my natural lashes, but at this salon, I feel absolutely no discomfort, to the point where I forget I'm even wearing extensions. The finished result was also very beautiful. The salon's atmosphere, customer service, technique, and finished result are all perfect. I will definitely visit again!

This is my second visit. The shop is clean, and the atmosphere and service are excellent. The mochi lasted well the first time I visited as well. The ease of making reservations is also a major plus.
