I've been a customer for several years now. My eyelash perm is always done exactly as I envisioned, and it's made applying makeup so much easier and more enjoyable! Before coming here, I struggled with shaping my eyebrows myself, but they've been beautifully groomed, making it much easier to do it myself. My appearance has changed so much that I've received compliments from people around me, and even from the cosmetics counter staff!

Before coming here, I only got HBL at another salon and would force my eyelashes up with an eyelash curler, but after starting to come here through my sister's recommendation, I realized how important eyelash perms and eyebrow grooming are, and I've gained confidence in my face! I no longer feel embarrassed about going without makeup, and in addition to the treatment, they also teach me how to care for my eyelashes and eyebrows, and fix habits in my eyebrows that I hadn't noticed before, so it's a great learning experience! I've been going to this salon since around summer because they do natural-looking eyelash perms. Not only do they provide a thorough consultation during the first session, but they also listen to any concerns you have that day (in my case, it's mostly swelling) and then perform the treatment, which I really appreciate. They also give me a thorough eye massage every time, which not only relieves eye fatigue but also makes my eyes look brighter even without makeup, which I'm really happy about. The staff are also very kind and easy to talk to, so this is a great salon that I'd like to continue going to.

Because they provide a thorough consultation before the treatment, I'm always very satisfied with the results, as I always get exactly the look I want. The eye massage is also very pleasant. The eyelash serum they recommended seems to suit me, and my eyelashes have become thicker and fuller. After about the second or third treatment, I no longer needed an eyelash curler, let alone mascara. The design they gave me flows toward the outer corners of my eyes, so recently my eyes are starting to look more like I'm wearing eyeliner. I'm so happy that I'm getting closer to my ideal eyes. This is a salon I want to keep going to.

After my first trial, I was hooked and now go once a month for an eyelash perm and eyebrow treatment. The consultation is thorough, and they always make my problematic eyes look beautiful. We have a great time chatting during the treatment, and the time flies by. The room is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. It has saved me time on my daily makeup routine, and I've realized once again that eyelashes and eyebrows are important parts of makeup. I will continue to come here for a long time to come.
