Went to get my lashes lifted and the service was amazing. My lash lift was done by Matsuo, who is so delicate and clearly experienced with her work. The results were astonishing and beautiful. Later in the evening, I accidentally messed up my lashes after forgetting I had just gotten them done. Even though I came back only 20 minutes before closing, Matsuo and the store manager Watanabe were incredibly kind and welcoming. Matsuo completely redid my lashes. She and Watanabe stayed for more than 40 minutes past closing time and they wrote me a kind note in English explaining aftercare. The hospitality and professionalism here is the best. I felt taken care of, and the results are better than any other lash lift I’ve had. I highly recommend this salon, especially Matsuo and Watanabe, for their amazing skill and kindness.

Lash Lift I went for the first time last time, and the lift was great with no difference between the left and right sides, so I asked for it again this time! I'm happy because I can go about my day without worrying about it. ☺️
