I always go to this nail salon for my manicures. Even though I'm indecisive and usually visit without deciding on a design or color, they're always so kind and patient in listening to my requests, which I really appreciate. When I bring in a design, they clearly explain what's possible and what's not, and offer alternative suggestions. Ultimately, they create a design that's even better to me than the original, so I can entrust my nails to them with complete confidence. Also, the finished product is beautiful and lasts a long time, so I'm always very satisfied. I look forward to continuing to use your services!

When I visited the salon twice last year, the technicians were extremely skilled, the nails were thin, and the art was perfectly done in one stroke. Even though the prices were a little high, I loved this salon. However, my experience this time was very disappointing. I made an appointment for 12:30 on July 27th and chose rectangular nails. Even though I specifically showed the salon a photo and explained my preferences, the salon staff deliberately filed my nails so short that the gaps between my nails were visible. I was then told that this was the only way to achieve that shape. My pinky finger was filed down to the bare flesh, and the deepest gaps between my nails were filed down, but the nail was already filed down and beyond repair. I also specifically asked for a thinner base like before, but this time the base was very thick, and the technique was like a rookie. The entire nail looked very awkward. The base gel had definitely changed, and while it didn't hurt before when the light was shone on it, it hurt a lot this time. I chose a glitter base, but they changed it to a cat's eye. After that, the staff member asked me, "Is this okay?" While confirmation is usually required after each step, after I confirmed the cat's eye pattern, they directly applied the top coat without applying any of the art I had originally selected. When I asked about the top coat immediately, they simply said, "I asked if this was okay, and you said yes." They have no common sense. After the top coat was finally applied, the surface of my nails was thicker than a 500 yen coin. Because it would interfere with my work, I asked them to thin them out, but the staff member said, "It's impossible because of the design." Finally, with my consent, they scraped off the entire design, and my nails were finally usable. There were constant mistakes during this process, with gel getting on my fingers and the top coat not applying properly. Sometimes I had to take them out of the light and polish them again. My Melody's expression was gloomy and not very cute, and she looked like she was about to cry. I was really looking forward to getting cute My Melody nails, but the finished design was far from the image in the photo, and as my expectations were high, I was very disappointed.
