I visited Tor West this time because they opened a new store! Just like the Motomachi store, it's a salon where I can bring my child, which is a huge help! Thank you so much for doing my eyelashes and nails so cutely! I look forward to seeing you again in the future! ☺️

I had eyelash extensions done for my wedding. Miki was my stylist, and not only was her technique excellent, but her personality and passion were also wonderful! She was very attentive to my needs, and I was truly grateful. Also, I hope this will be helpful for anyone like me who is getting eyelash extensions for the first time for their wedding: I recommend starting with a little time to spare! It's difficult to find your preferred design and number of lashes on the first try, and the lengths of extensions and the type of glue vary from salon to salon, so it's best to start about a month in advance. A-ONE had many length options, and the glue was inconspicuous, which was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kobe area in a similar situation!

I'm always very satisfied with their meticulous treatments and customer service! I'm so happy they opened a second location, making it even easier to visit. It's also incredibly helpful that they offer both eyelash and nail services at the same time.
