Myself and two other friends made reservations on their website. The main MAXKELLY website is in English but once you select the Osaka location to make the reservation, it is only in Japanese. We used the translation function for Safari, and it worked just fine. On the website, you can choose a coupon. I chose the all you can do nail art for 120 minutes for 8,900 (as of March 2026). I recommend booking a reservation via the website, so they can have a more experienced nail tech assist with complex nail designs. I ended up choosing a design that was not that expensive, so they charged me less than my selected coupon. Kometani was my nail tech, and she was extremely polite, professional, and skilled. I didn’t have any designs in mind, so she brought a tablet with examples for me to choose one. Almost every step, Kometani made sure to ask if I liked the colors and designs. It was also a perk that she speaks English well. I recommend MAXKELLY and Kometani to English speaking tourists. They are great and can accommodate large parties.

This was honestly the most beautiful, perfect nail set I’ve ever had in my life. I got them done a few months ago, and I still think about them—they even make me miss Japan more! The level of perfection and dedication to detail is unbelievable. If I could give 1,000,000 stars, I absolutely would. I love MAXKELLY, and the lash service was amazing too!

Beautiful glossy gel manicure for me and two friends. Try and book ahead if you can, though they did take us as walk-ins. Not a lot of English, most of our conversations were through a translation app but everyone was lovely. We’re stoked with our nails!

I had excellent service and super beautiful nails. English speaking staff took good care of me. I wanted my gel nails short which can sometimes be challenging but I got the best gel nails ever. Thank you 🙏🏻
