Sweet staff and really great artistry. I love my nails. The only downside was price. 15,000 yen which is about 95$ USD
I was suffering from ingrown toenails, so I visited the salon for the first time after being referred by a friend in the Kita-Kagaya area. There were several other female customers in the salon looking forward to getting their nails done. Like me, a male was also getting a treatment next to me. The salon carefully listened to me about how my ingrown toenails came about and how I'd cared for them up to that point. The treatment was completely painless and efficient, so it didn't take long. The salon also cleaned under my nails and gently instructed me on how to trim them afterward, which made me feel very at ease. I was also curious about the eyebrow trimming the man next to me was getting, so I asked them to do it for me. The treatment sheet was warm and carpeted, and after leaning against it for a while, I felt like I was asleep. I really appreciated their consideration for their customers. In the meantime, they neatly trimmed my eyebrows, which I feel really improves the cleanliness of the salon. Not only do they offer nail care for women, but they also offer eyebrow and finger care for men who want to improve their appearance. This is a must-see shop!
I thought all the staff were wonderful, kind and polite. However, there is just one thing that bothers me: only design-based nails are posted on Instagram, and when I look at the website, there are few photos of people with single-color nails, so it's hard to imagine what the color will look like on your nails. If there were more photos of the single-color repertoire, I would be able to get a better idea and think, "I want those nails!" But it is definitely a salon that I would like to continue visiting in the future (*^^*)
I go there regularly. I listen to what they have to say, decide on a design, and come every month. I enjoy going.
I made a reservation by phone and told them in advance that I would be bringing my child with me. I arrived and waited, but they didn't offer me a drink, and I waited for 30 minutes before they started the treatment. After it was finished, I contacted them via Line because they had an open line, and they said they thought they had done it properly (which made me think, "Huh?"). They said they would redo it if I was still concerned, so I asked them to redo it. When I told them I was bringing my child, they said they would show me to a private room, so I went with my child in a baby carrier, but I wasn't shown to a private room and was seated close to the next customer. My child (1 year old) was also very restless and moving around a lot, so I couldn't relax at all. What I hated most was that the parts of the nail tips being removed by the person next to me flew over and landed on my daughter's head...it was awful. The person who removed the tips said, "Tell me if it hurts," but my daughter was thrashing around, so it hurt a lot. I thought my nails were going to fall off. After it was all over, the manager didn't even apologize, and I will never go back.
