I had an eyelash perm, but the result was completely unsatisfactory. It wasn't symmetrical, the right eye's lashes weren't properly separated, some were unevenly curled, and there were unnatural gaps between them. The tip of the rod was pressed firmly into the inner corner of my eye, causing a slight pain near my lash line. It was bearable, but this never happened at other salons. After removing the rod from my left eye, the stylist left the rod in my right eye and went to a consultation with a returning customer who arrived during my treatment, leaving me waiting for 3-5 minutes. I was told, "Please wait a moment," so I thought they were just going to hand the consultation sheet to the next customer, but instead, they started discussing what kind of curl to get and how many extensions to add. I thought it was unacceptable to leave me waiting with only the rod in my right eye.

I had LED eyelash extensions for the first time! Sato-san, who worked with me on the design, helped me come up with various ideas, and they lasted so long. I also purchased the recommended coating, and now I can create full, volume-filled eyelashes every morning, which is great!! Thank you so much!
