Because the customer service was so attentive, I realized it wasn't the right place for someone as lazy as me who gets lash perms on a whim. One thing that bothered me a little was the sales pitch for treatments and products; it was difficult to refuse. Even when I said, "I'm fine this time," they kept recommending other things. Each time I refused, an awkward atmosphere developed, so it might be difficult for introverted people to say no. Also, this is only for those who book through Hot Pepper, but it said that you'd get an eye pack if you wrote a review, so I said yes without thinking much about it. However, it seems you have to write the review in the store after the treatment. Looking back at it later, that was clearly stated. I was a little surprised because I'd never been told something like that at any other shop. I thought that when you write a review inside the shop, you can only write good things. This is my fault for not reading it carefully. Overall, I think it's a great shop for people who are serious about their eyelashes, but I hope people with a similar personality to mine will use this review as a reference.

This is my second visit. Unlike a single room in an apartment building, it's a proper shop, which gives me a sense of security and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. I had a terrible experience at an expensive shop nearby, so I'm glad I found a favorite shop.
