I've been coming here since around February of this year! Thank you as always! This salon has polite and friendly staff who always check the treatment menu and ask if there are any problems. I've been coming here for eyelash extensions, and the results are so good! They also tell me about the condition of my lashes, which makes me more motivated to keep growing them (lol). It's close to my workplace and home, so I hope to continue coming here in the future!!

This is a salon where you should carefully check your reservation details before going. I felt that the staff didn't confirm what the customer had booked, so I would only recommend it to people who can carefully check and clearly communicate their requests. I visited recently after a long time, but I received a different treatment than what I had booked. I thought I might have made a mistake with my reservation, so I didn't say anything during the treatment, but after checking, it was indeed the staff's mistake. The menu they initially confirmed with me was also incorrect, and I think they don't check reservations before customers arrive. When paying, I said, "I booked a Royish color treatment," and they replied, "Oh! You wanted color? I'm sorry." "You wanted color?"... I booked it because I wanted color! I thought (lol). But they still charged me the full price. I was running out of time, so I left, but next time I'll remember and speak up more firmly. I wouldn't recommend this salon to people who are easily offended. If you don't mind the staff being a bit careless, it's a cheap and decent salon.
