I've used their services several times, but there's a huge difference in skill and the thoroughness of the treatment depending on the staff member. When I was treated by a careful staff member, the medication didn't sting much, and I felt at ease during the treatment. However, some staff members are not like that. The tape was applied too tightly, creating a gap in my eyelid, and the treatment was performed in that state, causing a lot of stinging. Even during the removal process, the staff member was rough, pulling on my eyelid even though my eyes were closed, resulting in the worst stinging and pain I've ever experienced. They noticed my eyes were stinging and asked, "Does it sting?", but then firmly told me, "Don't open your eyes, the medication will sting." I can't understand why they could say that, considering the staff member was rough and forcibly pulled my eyes open even though they were closed. Afterward, my eyelids hurt when the tweezers touched them; it was a terrible treatment. Afterward, my eyes were bloodshot and painful for a long time. It was truly a horrible experience. I've had treatments done by the same person before, and while I remember thinking it was more painful and stinging compared to others, I should have refrained from going back sooner. While I appreciate the desire to finish quickly, I can't accept being treated roughly, especially considering the price I paid. Even the send-off after the treatment was unacceptable. I'm not asking for anything particularly polite, but the way they just said "Thank you" dismissively and slammed the door shut was inconvenient. I strongly believe they need to improve their customer service, care during treatment, and technique; it's unacceptable. There are several polite staff members, and I used to frequent this salon, but having to deliberately avoid going on days when certain staff members are working is a hassle, and the damage from the treatment was so severe that I never want to go back again. I think other people who have read similar reviews feel the same way. You might not think anything of this after reading it, but they really need to reconsider their practices.

The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. When I declined the additional charges for eye shampoo and coating, their attitude seemed to worsen. The treatment itself was painful and stinging. Until now, the staff have always been very polite and made me feel at ease during treatments, but I never want to go back. It's very disappointing, as I've been going there for a long time.

It was close to the station, so even someone with a poor sense of direction like me could get there without getting lost. The eyelash perm was done perfectly, lifting my lashes from the roots, and I'm extremely satisfied with the beautiful result. Thank you so much! 💖

The result was absolutely amazing! The explanation before the treatment was thorough and I felt at ease knowing that I was only able to understand the details before the treatment began. When I felt that the position was a little uncomfortable, they noticed and even let me know...! I'd like to schedule another session and come back again.

My first visit was good. I think the high ratings are probably because they ask you to write a review on Hot Pepper right there and then. My second visit was terrible. The glue was the most painful I've ever experienced; I think some got in my eye. My eye was bright red and awful after the procedure. So I decided I wouldn't come back if I didn't book my next appointment on the spot, but their attitude afterwards was awful—no farewell at all. It was so blatant. Are they children? I think everyone who left a low rating on Hot Pepper would agree. It probably depends on the person. I went to another salon in the same building today, and they said their extensions were stuck so tightly they were practically touching their eyelids. I think it's best to request a good stylist.
