Good place, service, and value for money, very close to Sannomiya Station. Staff was very friendly, gentle, and explained everything in detail. After finishing, they would provide hair iron/hair curler to fix your hair. Totally recommend if you live in Kobe, or happen to be traveling to Kobe area.

I previously had an eyebrow styling treatment done there. The consultation and customer service were polite, and they performed the treatment after I explained my ideal shape. However, the finished eyebrows were asymmetrical; the length of the eyebrows from the inner corner to the outer corner of my eyes was clearly different on each side. When they handed me a hand mirror to check, I pointed out that they were different on each side, and they said, "I'll trim them a bit more!" and shortened them even further. Since the hairs that were gone couldn't be restored, I gave up and went home, but even to an untrained eye, the result seemed unsatisfactory.

This was my first time using their services. I received courteous service throughout. The consultation was thorough, and I felt completely at ease during the treatment. I would definitely like to use their services again. Thank you very much.
